To change your username, you must first be logged into your DistributorCentral account.
- Once logged in, click Accounts in the left menu
- Next, click on Users
- In the Users submenus, click on User Maintenance to view your account’ User List
- On the Account User List page, find your user in the list and click Edit to the right to access your Basic User Information page
- From the Basic User Information page, in the User Name field, change your current User Name to a different unique name.
- Please note that if the User Name you enter already exists in DistributorCentral you will be asked to use a different User name
- Click Save at the bottom to save your changes.
The next time you log in you will need to use your new User Name.
