This quarter, we're introducing updates that help suppliers maintain current PromoStandards integrations and improve the quality of information shared across the OneSource ecosystem.
These enhancements support evolving PromoStandards best practices and provide suppliers with additional ways to share structured, actionable data with distributors through OneSource.
Enhanced Order Status Updates (Order Status 2.0)
OneSource now supports the latest PromoStandards Order Status 2.0 enhancements.
These updates allow suppliers to provide more detailed order status information, including:
- Item-level issue visibility
- Issue categories and resolution details
- Additional contact information
- Expected delivery dates
- Resolution links and supporting notes
For distributors, this means greater visibility into order issues and clearer paths to resolution. For suppliers, it provides a more robust way to communicate status updates using evolving PromoStandards best practices.

Company Data Endpoint Enhancements
We're continuing to support and expand the use of PromoStandards Company Data endpoints.
Company Data helps suppliers maintain accurate business information that can be surfaced throughout the OneSource ecosystem, including supplier information displayed within Discover.
Benefits include:

- Improved visibility of contact and operational information
- Better distributor decision-making
- Support for future enhancements that leverage structured supplier data
