Our system uses Product Image URLs from your spreadsheet import to fetch and store your images in our database. This guide will show you how to add and correctly format product image URLs in your Simple Spreadsheet.

- First, download a fresh Product Export from DistributorCentral.
- Note: Never reuse an old data file, as it may contain stale data that will overwrite your recent changes.
- Next, open the data file you've just downloaded.
- In your data file, to the right of a product you'll be adding images to, go to column J labeled "Product Image URLs (First is Primary)"
- In this column add the primary (or main) product image's direct URL

If you have more than one product image:
- In the same cell, add a pipe symbol (
|) following the primary product image - Then, enter additional product image URLs each separated by the pipe symbol (
|).
Note: Don't add spaces between URLs and pipe separators.- Your product image URL cell should look similar to this:
https://www.mysite.com/main_image.png|https://www.mysite.com/second_image.png
- Your product image URL cell should look similar to this:
- To assign a product image to a product color you'll "tag" your image URLs. This is done by adding a hashtag (
#) followed by the Product Color directly to the end of your URLImage URL+#+Color Name.

- In the same cell, add a pipe symbol (
- Once you've added all the images for this product, repeat these steps for other products as needed
- After product image URLs have been added for each product save your updated spreadsheet
- Next, upload your spreadsheet to the Bulk Product Manager in your account for import
- Once uploaded, your spreadsheet import will be added to our queue and get imported automatically

To ensure your images import successfully, please follow these rules:
Use Direct Links Only
The URL must point directly to the image file. Do not link to a webpage or product details page where the image is displayed.
Supported File Formats
Our system accepts.jpgor.pngproduct images with a minimum size of 1200 x 1200 pixels
The Primary Product Image
The first URL listed in the cell is automatically designated as the "Main" or "Primary" product image.
Adding Multiple Images
You can import multiple images for a single product. Separate each URL using a pipe symbol " | " .

Assigning to Colors
You can map specific images to your product colors by adding a hashtag (#) followed by the Product Color directly to the end of your URL. Learn more about adding images to product colors →
